Phillip Dale Cook

Phillip Dale Cook, age 52, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on September 1, 2021 at his home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of James Dale Cook and the late Irene (Oaks) Cook. He was a 1987 graduate of Joppatowne High School and was employed by CEV Building Systems in Forest Hill as a Foreman for many years. He was a member of Sovereign Grace Church. As a child he played baseball, football, like to mountain bike and BMX riding. He loved any type of biking and loved to compete in bike races with his boys and friends. Phillip built his house across the street from his parents so he could take care of them. He was all about family and spent as much time as he could with his boys. His mom taught him all he knew about tending his gardens and he enjoyed working in his yard and his flower beds

Phillip is survived by his wife of 25 years, Consuelo M. Cook; sons, Aaron J. Cook and Joshua E. Cook; sister, Teresa Lynn Cook-Simpkins and husband Mike Simpkins; and brother, James Daniel Cook and wife Karyn.
