On Friday March 11, 2016 Paul Raymond Rigney Sr. of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away. Son of the late Edgar Newton Rigney and the late Beulah P. Shannon Rigney. Husband of Glenys Parker Rigney; father of Paul R. Rigney Jr.; Brian Michael Rigney Sr. and wife Christina; Julie L. Montomery and husband Jim. Also survived by 7 grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday March 13, 2016 from 2-5 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Funeral service will be Monday March 14, 2016 at 12 Noon from the funeral home. Entombment in Highview Memorial Gardens, 3433 Fallston Road Fallston, Maryland 21047. In lieu of flowers:
