Patricia Graefe

Patricia Graefe, age 80 of Hampstead, MD passed away on December 31, 2018 at her home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Frances (Hindle) Adams. She retired in 1991 from Verizon, enjoyed gardening, feeding birds, hunting, fishing and was a very active outdoors person.

Mrs. Graefe is survived by her husband, George Graefe of Hampstead and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Ruth Yamber and brother, John Adams Sr.
