Patricia Foard

Patricia Foard, age 64, of Street, Maryland passed away on January 1, 2023 at her home in Street, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Mary (Rassa) Brown. Patricia enjoyed listening to music, thoroughbred horse racing, her pets, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Kelly (Edgar) Narciso; grandchildren, Dylan and Maya Narciso; sisters, Dorothy (Fran) Stewart, Bonnie Bailey and Donna (Vincent) Nohe, brother-in-law Tom Coale; and her beloved horse Scotch Cap (25) and her Senegal Parrot Rocky (28).

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by son, Jeffrey Foard and sister, Carol Coale.
