Patricia Doud Gardner

April 3, 1942 — November 27, 2021

Patricia Doud Gardner, age 79, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on November 27, 2021 at Forest Hill Health and Rehab. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Terence Doud Sr. and Virginia (Arrick) Doud and wife of the late George Howell Gardner III. She worked as a medical technologist and​ ultimately was employed with the Food and Drug Administration.  She also enjoyed volunteering at local food banks. Patricia sang in the National Christian Choir and enjoyed boating, sailing and spending time with her grandchildren.    


Patricia is survived by her daughters, Marguerite Coale of Abingdon and Christina L Rodgers of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; son, George Patrick Gardner of Aberdeen; grandchildren, Michael Alexander Coale of Abingdon and Arial Jade Rodgers of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and brother, Terence E. Doud of Jarrettsville.
