Oma Budd

Oma Budd, age 85, of Aberdeen, MD passed away on December 14, 2018. Born in Chapel Hill, TN, she was the daughter of the late Orville and Wilma (Tunnell) Armstrong and wife of the late Jack W. Budd. She retired after 37 years of federal service where she worked as an administrative assistant. She was an avid sports fan and loved the Ravens and the Maryland Terps. She enjoyed being with her family and having monthly lunches with her girlfriends, Kathy Chatham, Jill Mussen and Peggy Morrison.

Mrs. Budd is survived by three daughters, Kathy B. Laye (Randy), Jill B. Bolich (Grease) and Rebecca Budd (Ronnie Henderson); four grandchildren, Wade Laye (Kelly), Rae Marie Dietz (Brian), Adam Laye (Sarah) and Joshua Bolich; seven great grandchildren, Charlie Laye, Jack Laye, Peter Laye, Ida Jean Laye, Grant James Dietz, Josephine Laye, Gisella Jean Dietz; brother- in-law, Richard Budd (Ruth) and Best Friend, Dottie Gum.
