Noreen "Nonie" Cullen

Noreen "Nonie" Cullen, age 75, of Havre de Grace, Maryland passed away on November 26, 2022 at Calvert Manor Healthcare Center in Rising Sun, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of James Feehan and Nora (Gavin) Wallace. Noreen worked as a registered nurse for over 40 years. She enjoyed bowling, cheering on the Orioles and Ravens, as well as going on cruises. She loved spending time with family during the holidays and decorating for Christmas. She was a proud Irish woman who enjoyed Irish dances, and everything Ireland. Her love for animals was well known, however she was most fond of her Dobermans and cats Roxy and Smokie. Noreen had a great sense of humor and was always known to be laughing.

Noreen is survived by her husband, Richard J. Cullen; son, Michael Rathburn, Jr and his wife, Brandi.; grandchild, Joshua M. Rathburn; and brother, James Feehan, Jr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Maureen Boyle and Patricia A. Lally.
