Nancy Ann Ledford

Nancy Ann Ledford, age 82, of Port Deposit, Maryland passed away on May 20, 2020 at her home. Born in Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Walter Wilhelm and Frances (Sundakis) Wilhelm-Gehret and wife of the late Doyle Ledford. She was a founding member of New Life Baptist Church, also a member of the Churches Quilting Club and the Senior Saints. Family was everything to her. She enjoyed sewing, reading, and her casino trips. She was a good cook and a great baker.

Nancy is survived by her two sons, Tommy (Sandy) Hiles and Bryan (Tony) Ledford; daughter, Sharon Cardinale (John); grandchildren, Jason (Erika), Kelly (Jesse), Jeremy (Julie), and Nate (Megan); seven great grandchildren; sister, Rose Boyd; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sisters, Betty Johnson and Peggy Knight, and stepfather, George Gehret.

A private graveside was held for family. A memorial service to be held at New Life Baptist Church at a later date.
