Myron Smith

Myron Smith, age 72, of Port Republic, VA passed away on March 12, 2018 at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA. Born in Rushton, England, he was the son of Richard and Elinor Rose (Short) Smith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a patrolman with the Baltimore County Police Department, worked at Vernon Foster’s Dairy Farm in Hereford, Black and Decker in Carroll County, and Slaysman Company in Baltimore. He was active in the door-to-door ministry of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He enjoyed woodworking and was a handyman who could fix anything.
