Moses Mackay Ragan

MOSES MACKAY RAGAN, of Bel Air, died on December 2, 2005 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was born on November 1, 2005 at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center to Michael Andrew Ragan and Erinn Noelle McAndrew Ragan of Bel Air.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his twin brother, Abraham Connor Ragan of Bel Air; and grandparents Paul and Linda McAndrew of Fallston, Tony and Willie Ragan of Cordele, GA, and Kay and John Ulmer of Conyers, GA.
