Margaret Lucille Foard

Margaret Lucille Foard, age 99, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on December 16, 2014 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born in Madonna, MD, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Billingslea Foard and Bessie Ray Hitchcock Foard.

Ms. Foard is survived by her sister, B. Ruth Foard of Bel Air; niece, Patricia Mikkonen and husband, Arvo and their son Erik and his wife, Tammy; and caregiver, Rene' Vazquez. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Anna Towner, Florence Bennington, Katheryn Zepp and Jessie Foard.
