Linda Paige Morris

Linda Paige Morris, age 62, of New Port Richey, FL, died on April 25, 2011 at Gulfside Regional Hospice Center at Bayonet Point Health and Rehabilitation in Hudson, FL. Born in Dayton, OH on July 7, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Ronald John Benke Jr. and Mae Marie Brodt Benke. She grew up in Maryland and was a Harford County resident through her school years until graduating from North Harford High School in 1966. She attended Frostburg State College and was employed with Harford County Public Schools as a media specialist for 8 years before changing careers and working for Inland Leidy Chemical Company for 11 years as a sales manager. She later decided to pursue an opportunity to be self-employed, owning and operating Creative Crafts by Linda. She spent the last 10 years of her career working for the postal service as a clerk and mail handler before retiring to Florida to enjoy the warm weather. She was very personable and loved to be entertained. She enjoyed playing bingo, traveling and visiting various casinos.

Ms. Morris is survived by her devoted friends, Sue Ann and Craig J. Strobel and their children, Craig D. and Michael J. who knew her as "Aunt Linda". In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Ronald John Benke III.
