Kenneth E. Jones Jr.

On June 20, 2021, Kenneth E. Jones, Jr., devoted husband of Elaine B. Jones (Rehberger), loving father of Robert W. Jones and his wife Diane, Michael W. Jones, and James A. Jones and his wife Diane. Predeceased by two sons, Kenneth E. Jones III and Mark E. Jones. Brother of Donald Jones, William Jones, and Wayne Jones. Survived by his grandchildren, Kristen, Andrew, Daniel, Jason, Rachel, Melissa, Amanda and Jacob and two great-grandchildren, Colton and Carson.

Ken graduated from Kenwood High School and enlisted in the United States Marine Corp, serving at the end of World War II. Years later he returned to school at night and earned his bachelor's degree from Loyola College. He went on to work for Martin Marietta and eventually joined the civil service, working for both the Navy and the Army. He retired from the Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity (AMSAA) team at Aberdeen Proving Ground. He was an avid duck hunter and throughout his life, he enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and deer hunting as well, especially with his sons.
