Joseph F. Rogers

Joseph F. Rogers, age 82, of Sparrows Point, Maryland passed away on January 2, 2021 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of John Rogers Sr. and Marie (nee Gibson) Rogers. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he worked for the Sparrows Point Police Force and retired as Chief of Police. He was the Secretary of North Point Yacht Club for many years and enjoyed fishing and crabbing.

Joseph is survived by his wife devoted Lynda Rogers; son, Paul Rogers; daughters, Elaine Mann her husband Joe, Jacqueline Frey her husband Doug and Michele Riggs her husband Scott; loving grandfather to 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
