John Albert Harris Jr.

John Albert Harris Jr., age 74, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on February 4, 2021 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of the late John and Annie (Gilbert) Harris. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He graduated from Central Consolidated in 1965, he enjoyed games of chance, gardening, grilling, and his time spent working on his lawn.

John is survived by his; daughter, Danielle Y Harris of Halethorpe, MD; sister, Ellen Harris of Abingdon, MD; brother, Charles S Harris of Joppa, MD; Companion of many years, Ina Jean Buchanan; Ina's children, Darick (Betsy), Sharrone, Sharon, and grandchildren Myles and Mariah.

He was preceded in death by father, John Albert Harris Sr., mother, Annie Leona Harris, sister, Theresa Lillian Harris, brother, William Cromwell.
