Joann Goeb

Joann Goeb, age 65, of Bel Air, MD passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of Ottis Odell and Ruby Ethel (Brown) Osborne. Throughout her adult life, Joann battled lupus and its complications, but she never dwelled on her illness or let it dictate her creative and generous life. Joann loved her family and friends fiercely. She was a wonderful artist and craftsman and she shared many creations with family and friends. Joann loved her pets, sewing, decorating, gardening, shopping for shoes, art of all mediums, and beautiful colors.

Mrs. Goeb is survived by her husband of 41 years, Tim Goeb; and sister, Mary Newport of Sykesville, MD. She will also be greatly missed by her niece, Rachael Newport-Mason; nephew, Will Newport, and their spouses and children.
