Joan M. Lewald

Joan M. Lewald, age 83, of Bel Air, MD passed away on October 5, 2016 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore to Edward and Margaret (Knorr) Fitzgerald, she was the wife of the late Thomas W. Lewald Sr. A homemaker, she was a devoted mother and loved spending time with friends and family, especially her grandson, Will. She enjoyed going out to eat and attending high school reunions.

Mrs. Lewald is survived by her son, Thomas W. Lewald Jr. of Glen Burnie and her grandson, Thomas W. Lewald III of Arnold. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Patricia C. Lewald.
