Jimmy Turner

James “Jimmy” Douglas Turner, 58. of Abingdon, MD passed away January 9, 2021 from complications of Hirschsprungs disease. Son of the late Robert and Frances O’ Briant Turner, brother of the late Mark Edward Turner, and his special friend and caretaker the late Virginia “Kitty” Vencill.

Jimmy will join his family in the Bel Air Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. No services are planned at this time. A celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held at a later date.

He was a graduate of the John Archer School and attended the Harford Center for many years and was a long - time member of the Special Education Sunday school class at Calvary Baptist Church in Bel Air. He never met a stranger, because he was friendly to everyone.
A special thank you to all the caretakers at Jimmy’s Richcroft home, and all the staff at Harford Memorial, Upper Chesapeake Hospitals and the Bel Air Health and Rehab Center.
