Jennifer Bartell Kincer

Jennifer Lynn Bartell Kincer, age 33, of Elkton, MD, died on March 29, 2011 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Towson, MD, she is the daughter of Robert Ford and Connie Jean Otradovec Bartell of Havre de Grace, MD.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Kimberly Jean Bartell of Elkton, MD; her husband, Larry Allen Kincer of Baltimore, MD; and her grandfather, George Otradovec of Forest Hill, MD.
