Hazel Virginia Sparks

HAZEL VIRGINIA SPARKS, age 89, of Forest Hill, MD, died on July 25, 2007 at St. Joseph Medical Center, Towson, MD. Born in Ceres, VA, she was the daughter of the late Allen Clarence and Ina Gertrude Waddell and wife of the late Beura Akers Sparks. For over 30 years she was a real estate broker/developer and recently received the Harford County Living Treasure award. She managed a dairy farm for over 35 years, and was a wonderful wife and mother who enjoyed her family.

Mrs. Sparks is survived by four daughters, Norma G. Guercio of Fallston, MD, Linda S. Kelly of Forest Hill, MD, Claudia A. (Chris) Sparks of Bel Air, MD and Mary K. Morin of Port Orange, FL; a stepson, N. Roger Sparks of Jacksonville, FL; a brother, Andrew C. Waddell of Dublin, MD; ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a sister, Ann E. Farrington.
