Gerald Lester Spencer

Gerald Lester Spencer, age 79, of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on April 2, 2022 at home in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Rocks, Maryland, he was the son of the late Lester and Nina (Reedy) Spencer and husband of the late Teresa Lynn Spencer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the American Legion. Gerald retired after 20 years of being a security guard at Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center.
Gerald is survived by his sister, Donna Louise Spencer; brother, Harold Spencer; nieces and nephews, Missy Spencer Schaffer, Haley Schaffer, Gary Spencer, Harold Spencer, Sandy Spencer Kirkendall, Megan Bauguess, Brittany Matthews, Zineria Berry, Rhaje Berry and Maleeta Neeper.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Emmorton Baptist Church 106-A Plumtree Road, Bel Air, MD 21015.
