Gayle Scenters Musick

Gayle Scenters Musick, age 83, of Edgewood, MD returned to her heavenly home on February 19, 2019. Devotion to family and firm belief in God supported her and gave her peace during a difficult illness. Born in Bonny Blue, VA, she was the daughter of Thomas and Alma (Penrod) Scenters and wife of the late Earl Samuel Musick. An avid gardener, she was especially proud of her Galilean Iris' and Peonies. Gayle was a dedicated mother who treasured her children and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son, Stephen Earl Musick; daughter, Pamela Musick Chastain; son-in-law, Dan Chastain; sisters, Wilma Flournoy of Atlantic Beach, FL, Martha Wampler of Naples, FL, and Eve Scenters of Ponce Inlet, FL; brothers, Dan Scenters of Sanderson, FL, and Blaine Scenters of Logan, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Jennie Ogdon of Plantation, FL.
