Frances Barbara Hess

Frances Barbara Hess, age 51, of Whiteford, MD, died on March 26, 2011 at her home. Born in Towson, MD, she is the daughter of James Arthur Frank Sr. of Baldwin, MD and the late Frances Barbara Bosley Frank. A teacher, and longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church, she attended Harford Community College where she studied interior design, and was also an avid equestrian. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 32 years, Russell Glenn Hess of Whiteford, MD; son, Timothy Russell Hess and wife, Ashley, of Edgewood, MD; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Hess and fiancé, Craig F. Schaefer, of Street, MD; brother, James A. Frank Jr. of Baldwin, MD and his wife, Sheryl, of Bel Air, MD; sister, Nancy Frank of Bel Air, MD; sister-in-law, Terry Hess of Abingdon, MD; and grandchildren, Cooper, Emma, and Haleigh Schaefer.
