Forrest Lee Henley, Sr.

FORREST LEE HENLEY, SR., age 81, of Joppa, died in Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, MD on July 26, 2003. Born in Goochland County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Thaddeous and Ethel Jones Henley. He worked for the H&S Bakery for 37 years and was semi retired working 2 days a week as a purchasing agent. He loved gardening and taking care of his yard. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II.

Mr. Henley is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marie R. Henley; one daughter, C. Faye Crilley of Joppa, MD; nieces and nephews, Joyce H. and Doug A. Baughan of Richmond, VA; Joan C. Wade of Richmond, VA; Earl L. and Claire G. Henley of Pittsburgh, PA; and many grand nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one son, Forrest Lee Henley, Jr.; two brothers, Marion Henley; Lonnie Wilson Henley; and nephew, Lonnie W. Henley, Jr.
