Evelyn M. Levis

Evelyn M. Levis, age 94, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on December 5, 2014 at Brightview Assisted Living in Bel Air. Born in Des Moines, IA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Roy and Iva Joy Clark Lloyd and wife of the late Thomas J. Levis. She enjoyed traveling and after her husband retired they built a cabin in Vermont where they spent most of the year. In the winter they would retreat to Texas. An artist, she loved arts and crafts and in her later years she always had a desire to work outside the home, but spent most of her life working inside.

Mrs. Levis is survived by her son, Ronald L. Levis and his wife, Beverly, of Abingdon; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, James W. Levis and her sister, Roberta Mathis.
