Elizabeth Ann Slate

ELIZABETH ANN SLATE, age 46, of Churchville, died in Lorien Nursing and Rehabiliatition Center in Belcamp on September 25, 2003. Born in Huntsville, Alabama, she was the daughter of Barbara E. Koldus Osburn of Abingdon and the late Buddy Dale Osborn. She worked in computer sales in telemarketing. She was a devoted Christian and a member of the Grace Assembly in Churchville. She enjoyed crafts and gardening.

In addition to her mother, Mrs. Slate is survived by her husband, Shannon Jay Slate; one daughter Samantha Jean Slate of Churchville; three brothers, Raymond Osborn of Pennsylvania; Allen Osborn of Groton, Connecticut; Robert Osborn of Churchville; two sisters, Laurie Mueller of Churchville; Linda Dube of Midlothian, Virginia. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were: Shannon Slate, Robert Osborn, Allen Osborn, Raymond Osborn, Jeff Diem, and Joey Wetherbee.
