Eleanore "Ellie" Lorretta Wengert

Eleanore "Ellie" Loretta Wengert, age 63, of Rosedale, Maryland passed away on May 8, 2021. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Rita (Koerner) Hamel and the late Frederick Hamel.

Eleanore is survived by her husband William "Jimmy" Michael Wengert; daughters, Amanda Frey and Sarah Frey; son-in-law, Brian Krebs; son, Daniel Frey and daughter-in-law Autum; grandchildren, Brianna, Hailey, Austin, Jack, and Daniel Jr.; sister, Jean Banknell; niece Toby; and great nephews Scott, Alex, and Justin.

Ellie lived a life full of laughter and love. She never missed an opportunity to make others laugh or to lend a helping hand. Her smile was infectious and so was the love for her family. She was an amazing human and will be missed immensely.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly Raubenstine.
