Edward J. Sokolowski, Sr.

EDWARD J. SOKOLOWSKI, age 77, of Edgewood, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on December 31, 2002. Born in Baltimore City, he was the son of the late John and Camille Preis Sokolowski. He had retired after 25 years of service as a supervisor for General Motors. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II.

Mr. Sokolowski is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ellen Gray Breakall Sokolowski; three sons, Edward Sokolowski of Round Rock, Texas; John E. Sokolowski of Edgewood; Mark A. Sokolowski of Edgewood; one daughter, Ellen Duty of Millersville, Maryland; two sisters, Mildred Gray of Towson; Rita Kucharski of Orlando, Florida; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
