Dorothy Nelson Amoss Kee

Dorothy Nelson Amoss Kee, of Joppa, MD, died on April 25, 2011 at the age of 92 at her home. Born on November 27, 1918 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late James and Nellie Burton Amoss and wife of the late Leland M. Kee. She enjoyed sewing and making dolls, and in her later years, traveling and visiting her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Kee is survived by her son, Leland M. Kee Jr. and his wife, Sonia of Fort Worth, TX; daughters, Barbara N. Wolfe and her husband, Richard, of Joppa, MD and Patricia Gross and her husband, Robert of Roswell, GA; sister-in-law, Mary Lee Amoss; grandchildren, Kristen W. Hernandez, Melissa W. Rosebro, Alicia G. Campbell, Rachel and Alison Gross, Michaele, Michael and Lindsey Kee and Paul and William Best; great grandchildren, Graham W. Rosebro, Lance G. Campbell, Abigail Kee, Nathan Best, Jesse Kee, Tanner Fox and Alex Burdash; and great great grandchild, Aiden Kee.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Charles, Jarrett and Thomas Amoss and her sister, Elizabeth Kelly.
