Deborah Anne Harrell

Deborah Anne Harrell, 64, of Havre de Grace passed away on Sunday, January 2nd, 2022. She was born to the late Franklin Burkins, Sr and the late Norma Burkins on February 18th, 1957. She graduated from Havre de Grace High School with her High School Diploma in 1975.

Deborah is survived by her daughter, Melissa Tharp (Guy Tharp) of Rising Sun and three grandsons: Seth Tharp, Riley Tharp, and Evan Tharp and her granddog, Luna. She is also survived by her siblings: Charles Dale Burkins (Debbie Burkins), Franklin Burkins, Jr. (Lessie Burkins), and Terry Stallings (John Stallings) and her nieces and nephews: James Todd Hawkins (Jennifer Hawkins & children Gabrielle & Trent), Kevin Burkins (Karen Burkins and daughter Haley Bibey), Tiffany Hanks (Jerry Hanks and children Delilah and Piper), Tambra Kraft (Jason Kraft and daughter Adalynn), Amber Moore (Trevor Moore and son Tyson), Nicole Brackins, Kierston Sikalis (Evan Sikalis & daughter Kalista), and great-nephew Austin Koslowski. Debbie is predeceased by her nephew Brian Burkins.

Anyone who knew Debbie knew how much she loved her family, especially her daughter and grandsons. She spent every spare moment with them, laughing, shopping, crafting, shopping, eating gummies, did I mention shopping? She was always supporting them in each of their endeavors; from creating puppets, making goofy videos, & learning to play guitar to doing crazy food challenges or trying vegetables for a dollar. She loved all things bling, including her car eyelashes and blingy car eyeliner. You could always count on her for a good laugh, even if she was sometimes inappropriate. Debbie was a dedicated employee, always giving 110% to any tasks. She worked hard and expected others to give their best. She was a wonderful mother, a devoted grandmother, a loving sister, and a great friend
