Charles William Randolph

CHARLES WILLIAM RANDOLPH, Age 78, of Joppa, died on November 13, 2005, at his home.

Born in Sikeston, MO to the late Herschel Randolph and Mildred Keasler Steeley, he was a chemical engineer in steel production. He worked for many years at Quaker Chemical in Conshohocken,, PA before working for Castrol Chemical for the last 10 years of his career. He was an avid boater and golfer who was a member of the Maryland Golf and Country Club, and the Engineering Society. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1948 until 1952.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Thelma Treegoob Randolph of Joppa.
