On Friday August 29, 2014 Charles Carter Seguin of Bel Air, Maryland passed away. Fiance` to Kimberly Runyon, son of lateCol.Raymond Joseph Seguin and thelate Marian Emily Carter Seguin. Father of Charles Ryan Seguin; also survived by brother- Matthew Seguinand sister- Ramona Glassick. Visitation will be held Thursday September 4, 2014 from 2-4 PM - 6-8 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Funeral service will be held at 8 PM from the funeral home on Thursday. Cremation will follow the service. Private burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers:
