Charles Blaine Phillips

Charles Blaine Phillips, age 94, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away on June 26, 2020 at Sterling Care Riverside in Belcamp, Maryland. Born in Darlington, Maryland, he was the son of Aldan Nelson and Jean (Rosie Eugenia Dockery Nelson Phillips) Wines and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Charles was the owner and operator of Phillips TV in Hickory, MD for almost 30 years before retiring in 1984. He was a member of Deer Creek Methodist Church for about 60 years and enjoyed camping in his motor home with his wife and fishing.

Charles is survived by his wife of 69 years, Edith Lauretta (Grafton) Phillips; daughters, Charlene Barberry and Nanette Hopkins; sons, Blair Phillips and Craig Phillips; sister, Shirley Grafton; adopted father, Bent Phillips; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
