Carole Neeper

Carole Webster Neeper, age 82, passed away on April 11, 2021. Born in Baltimore, Carole spent most of her life as a resident of Harford County, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late John Edgar and Madeline (Flaharty) Webster and wife of the late Roy Kenneth Neeper. Carole loved painting, traveling, and most of all spending time with her family.

Carole is survived by her son, Russell Kenneth Neeper and his wife, Karen; daughter, Robyn Neeper Kennedy; grandchildren, Ella and Jason Kennedy; brother, Steve Webster and his wife, Linda; sisters-in-law, Edie and Millie Neeper; she is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
