Carol Murray

Carol Murray, age 82, of Oliver Beach, MD passed away on February 12, 2020 at her home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert John and Edith (Colmery) Getty and wife of 48 years to William J. Murray. She was a member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church. She retired as a floral designer and decorator in 1996 from Watson's Garden Center, she had also worked for Dorothy Bunting as a personal decorator. She loved crafting, especially with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by daughter, Theresa D. Vogel of Bel Air; two sons, Theodore R. Fluehr of Lutherville Timonium and Timothy V. Murray of Bel Air, and their spouses; seven grandchildren, C.J. and Austin Vogel, Ryan and Joey Fluehr, and Gavin, Colin, and Delaney Murray; sister, Dawn Byrd; sisters-in-law, Darlene Murray, Mary Alice Madairy and Patricia L. Trageser; and great grandchild, Liya Vogel.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Barbara Sonier, brother, Robert J. Getty and sister-in-law, Rita Getty.
