On Thursday, October 31, 2013, Carol Annette Kwiatkowski of Street, Maryland, formerly of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away. Wife of Anthony Kwiatkowski, daughter of the late Boyd B. Sampson and Gwendolyn Fletcher. Mother of Michael Kwiatkowski and wife Angie, Mark Kwiatkowski and fiance Mandy. Grandmother of Mason Kwiatkowski, sister of Barbara, Sharon and Sandy. Visitation will be Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 2PM-8PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Assumption Catholic Church, 1021 St. Marys Road, Pylesville, Maryland 21132. Interment in the church cemetery.
