Carl A. Hansen, Jr.

CARL A. HANSEN, JR., age 56, of Bel Air, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on October 12, 2005. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Carl Albert, Sr. and Erma Lillian Schunch Hansen. He served his country in the U.S. Navy, completing four tours of duty in Vietnam. He was a Land Rover and Jaguar technician for many years. He had worked at the GM Plant on Broening Highway for 10 years and was a supervisor when he left. Most recently he worked for Amport as a Land Rover technician. He enjoyed fishing, jet skiing and NASCAR. He was an avid boater. He loved his granddaughter.

Mr. Hansen is survived by his wife, Susan Hansen; two daughters, Sandra Lynn Carlisle of Glen Arm and Brooke Nicole Rice of Bel Air; one sister, Janet Stewart of Clemons, North Carolina; and one grandchild, Jayla Skye Rice of Bel Air. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one daughter, Jennifer Brooke Hansen.
