Brandon Joseph Rawls, AKA: Tubby, 31, of Essex, MD passed away on January 27, 2019. Brandon is survived by his parents, John Rawls (fiancée Sharon Donald) and Sherry (nee Delaney) Randall (Art); sister, Heather J. Rawls (fiancé Derrick Snidow); step-sisters, Angelina Valentin, Morgan Randall and Priscilla Donald; nephew, Jordan Snidow; grandson of Bill Rawls, Sr. and the late Joann Rawls, Brenda and John Dwyer, the late Jackie Delaney and his surviving wife Tootie Delaney, Sandra Randall and the late Arthur Randall. Also survived by 16 aunts and uncles, 26 cousins, as well as many loving friends.
