Billy Carson Fowler, Jr.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billy Carson Fowler Jr. of Bel Air, Maryland. Born and raised in Harford County Maryland, he passed away on February 12, 2023 at the age of 64. He was the son of the late Billy Fowler Sr. and Catherine Fowler.

He is survived by his wife Linda Fowler; his children, Stephanie Fowler and Billy (Joe) Fowler; his sister Connie Morrison; his grand-daughter Aliyah Khan; and his grand-dogs Casper, Cheech, and Leo.

He will forever be remembered for his work ethic, integrity, and love for his family.
