Billie Lou C. Seagle

Billie Lou C. Seagle, age 89, of Darlington, MD passed away on November 24, 2018 at Forest Hill Heights in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Dublin, MD, she was the daughter of the late John William and Mary Lou (Shupe) Conner and wife of the late David Lee Seagle. She retired from the Harford County School System and was a mentor to many children at Darlington Elementary School.

Survivors include her niece, Terri C. Kahl (Kenneth);cousins, Robin A. Baldwin and William L. Baldwin (Patricia); great-nieces, Jamie Kahl and Melissa Toombs (Jordan); and sister-in-law, Lesta J. Conner.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert F. Conner.
