Billie Ann Schaen

Billie Ann Schaen, age 48, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on March 18, 2022, at home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of William and Catherine (Bauer) Webster, loving mother to Brandon Schaen, and beloved partner of Daniel Rios-Velez. Billie Ann loved flowers and gardening. Sunflowers were one of her favorites. She had so many flowers at home and was planning to start a garden at their new home. Ladybugs will also continue to be a reminder to the family of Billie Ann's memory. She enjoyed roller coasters and listening to music; especially live in concert.

Billie Ann is survived by her significant other, Daniel Rios-Velez of Joppa, MD; son, Brandon Schaen and his girlfriend Paige Thomas of Joppa, MD; and parents William and Catherine (Bauer) Webster.
