Betty Jo O'Brien

BETTY JO O’BRIEN, age 74, of Towson, MD, formerly of Washington, D.C., died on October 8, 2007 at St. Joseph Medical Center, Towson, MD. Born in Evansville, IN, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Burdge and the late Maude Harris. She retired from Urban Land Institute, after 20 years, where she was a controller. She was an expert at loving her grandchildren and was a gourmet cook.

Mrs. O’Brien is survived by two sons, Gregory V. Ottensmeyer of White Marsh, MD and James Erick Moskos of Abingdon, MD; one brother, Joseph F. Harris of St. Louis, MO; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Steven J. Moskos, Thomas J. Moskos Jr., Nathan J. Ottensmeyer, Justin R. Ottensmeyer, Gregory V. Ottensmeyer Jr., and Earl McFadden.
