Arthur B. Hart

Arthur Bruce Hart would have been 90 years old on March 31. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Arthur Blaine and Carrie Elizabeth Snyder Hart; husband of the late Alice Hudgins Hart; father of Bruce Arthur Hart and wife, Susan, of Havre De Grace and J. Courtney Hart of Aberdeen; grandfather of Jenna Hart Hadar and husband, Danni, of Dallas, TX, Ryan Nicholas (Nick) Hart of Abingdon, Kari Elizabeth Hart of New Orleans, LA and Lindsay Alexis Moiles and husband, Adam, of Bel Air; and great-grandfather of Haley Hart, Skylar Hill, Jacob Hadar and Braelynn Moiles. He was predeceased by his sisters, Dorothy Wertz and Nonie Eisenhart.

Mr. Hart passed away on March 10, 2013 at Perry Point VA Hospital in Perry Point. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and upon his discharge from the Field Artillery during WWII, he joined his father and brother-in-law in a family business; Hart Corrective Shoes. During the 1950's and 1960's he was active in Howard Park Little League Baseball and the Men's Bible Class of Howard Park Methodist Church in Baltimore. He moved to the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the late 1970's where he worked for Donaway Furniture in Berlin, MD and in 2001 he moved to Bel Air. Mr. Hart was a resident of Charlotte Hall Veterans Home in St. Mary's County since November 2005.

A Memorial Service will be held at Grandview Christian Church in Fallston, MD on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 11 a.m. Friends will be received in the Fellowship Hall for a luncheon following the Memorial Service.
