Anne Marie Cerruto (nee Dickey), age 59, of Churchville, Maryland passed away on December 25, 2021, at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Theresa LiPira Dickey and the late Joseph Rexford Dickey. Anne worked for Harford County in the Office of Aging for the past 10 years as a Client Advocacy Services Specialist. She was a volunteer and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Harford Center, and was the past President of the Board of Directors for the Chesapeake Down Syndrome Parent Group of both Harford and Baltimore Counties.

In addition to her mother, Anne is survived by her husband of 32 years, James Robert Cerruto; daughter, Justine Frances Duffy; son, Lucas James Cerruto; brother, James Ryan Dickey; and sister, Jeanne Dickey McGuirk.
