On Sunday February 21, 2016, Alice Jerome Parker Ober of Monkton, Maryland passed away. Daughter of the late Raeburn H. Parker and the late Alice Richards Lawrence Parker. Wife of the late Frank B. Ober, Jr.; mother David G. Ober; Laurie Curtis and the late Philip L. Ober. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren and a Sister- Nancy P. Welborun. Memorial Service will be held Saturday March 12, 2016 at 2:00 PM from the St. James Episcopal Church (My Ladys Manor) 3100 Monkton Road, Monkton, Maryland 21111. In lieu of flowers:
