Sophia Maria Watson

Sophia Maria Watson, age 94, of Bel Air, MD passed away on February 7, 2018 at Forest Hill Health & Rehabilitation Center in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Saltlick, PA, Sophia was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Tarrs) Donitzen. She was an active member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Churchville Golden Agers, and she also enjoyed going to her cabin at Broad Creek.

Mrs. Watson is survived by two sons, Jerry Watson and his wife, Jean of Darlington, MD, Ron Watson and his wife, Sharon of Bel Air, MD; daughter, Marilyn Holloway and her husband, Gary of Riverview, FL; grandchildren, Rob (Stacie) Watson and Dale Watson and their mother, Phyllis Watson Bechtold, Sondra (Jim) Hollister, Cynthia(Tom) Sperl, David Watson, Cara (Dave) Vought, Kevin and Brian (Laurie) Holloway, Kim (Chris) Foster, Scott and Todd Watson, Holly (Chris) Springer; great grandchildren, Natalie (Stephen) Lo, Charlotte and Ben Sperl, Peter Hollister, Elizabeth and Emily Foster, Jaxson Holloway, and Everett Watson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lebert Watson, and her son, R. Lebert Watson , Jr.
