Mildred ''Millie'' G. Taylor

Mildred "Millie" G. Taylor, age 80, of Edgewood, MD passed away on February 9, 2018 at her home. Born in Cumberland, KY, she was the daughter of Ralph and Lillian (Sloan) Edwards. Her and her husband lived Kentucky about 50 miles apart when they were kids and met each other later in life in Baltimore and then got married. She was a former member of Edgewood Baptist Church for 20 years where she was Chairman of Kitchen Committee, and was on the baptismal committee and flower committee. Her and her husband were attending Town Baptist Church. She worked in the Cafeteria for Baltimore Public Schools for 29 years, mostly at Perry Hall Middle School, and loved to travel in her motor home and attend gospel concerts. A dog lover, she enjoyed playing cards, especially pinochle, enjoyed cooking and playing games on her ipad.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband of 65 years, Harold Gene Taylor; daughter, Rhonda K Taylor; grandchildren; Jeanine M. Ray, Kristen M. Burton, Tracy Burns and Donald J. Lucich, Jr.; 13 great grandchildren; and loving in-laws.
