Constance A. Sullens, age 68, of Joppa, MD passed away on July 12, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD on June 7, 1950, she was the daughter of Louis and Anna (Boyd) Howard and wife of the late Howard Charles Sullens Sr.
Mrs. Sullens is survived by daughter, Emma Grace Ey and her husband, Louis James Ey, Jr. of Joppa; son, Howard C. Sullens, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth of Lewisville, TX; grandchildren, Elisa and Nehemiah Sullens and Madeline Ey; and brother, Louis Irving Howard, Jr.
