Charles Bradford Mengel

Charles Bradford Mengel, age 52, of Aberdeen, MD passed away due to a sudden heart attack at his home on December 12, 2017. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Anna Rose Powell of Elkton and the late Nelson Louis Mengel Sr. of Aberdeen. He loved decoys like his father, fishing like his brother, football like his family, and wrestling.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Mengel is survived by his significant other, Susann Little; brother, Nelson Louis Mengel, II; two sisters, Angie Mengel Brooks and Vicki Mengel; Susann’s children, Cameron Little and Caitlyn Little; nephews, Michael, Matthew and Mitchell Mengel; nephews, Darryl and Brandon Brooks; niece, Faith Brooks; two aunts, Kay Koller, Chic and Phil Palmeri; and was pop-pop to Adalynn, Rylenn, Jase, and Braelynn.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Anna Mengel, and maternal grandparents, Bradford and Ann Powell.
